Excellent team! We worked mostly with Victoria - she was an incredible agent and we would highly recommend her. We only had one week in Baltimore to view apartments and find one that matched our criteria. Victoria found us our dream home and we closed by the end of the week. She was incredibly professional, as well as accommodating and responsive, answering emails and texts even when they were sent after business hours. I have known Vince for over 10 years. He has helped me tremendously in purchasing two properties in Baltimore. he has an uncanny ability of finding a good deal for his clients , to ask to wait when there is no good deals to be made. He also has an extensive amount of people who help improve the properties at the best prices and find the right reliable potential renters if you are buying rental properties. Victoria also goes out of her way in helping you like Vincent , find your property at the right location, price, value and potential.On top of all that, Vince is a very decent person, helping the blind kids in Nepal in all their basic needs. Vincent knows Baltimore like the back of his own hand. Every property I asked to preview he always knew so much about the homes history and the neighborhoods perks. He took us all around Baltimore to help us understand our options and refine our “needs” list. Our home buying process took almost a year but Vincent’s charm, insights and determination made it enjoyable and stress free.
